Chadd C. Colin

Chadd C. Colin is a Partner at Morella & Associates, a Director in the Corporate Practice Group, and a member of the Litigation Practice Group.

Chadd is a trusted advisor to small businesses, large corporations, nonprofit organizations, and financial institutions on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. His experience includes corporate transactions, handling complex disputes, and providing day-to-day legal counsel. More recently, Chadd’s focus area is in mergers and acquisitions, representing buyers and sellers in complex, multi-million dollar deals.

Chadd regularly provides ongoing counsel in matters such as commercial contracts, corporate governance, business restructuring, employment matters, real estate transactions, credit and collections, intellectual property, and general liability issues. He works with clients across diverse industries, including healthcare, technology, real estate, construction, professional services, and sports and entertainment.

In addition to providing counsel in the corporate practice area, Chadd is a seasoned litigator who has tried numerous cases to favorable verdicts and has successfully argued appeals before the Pennsylvania Superior Court. He is known for his client-centered approach, helping clients evaluate not only the legal aspects of an issue, but also the practical and financial implications, and delivering solutions that align with their business objectives.

Outside of the legal practice, Chadd serves on the Board of Directors of the Pittsburgh Warriors, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping disabled veterans “heal through hockey”, and is an active parishioner at St. Catherine of Sweden Church in Hampton Township.


Gabrielle N. Morella

Gabrielle N. Morella, the Managing Partner of Morella & Associates, leads the firm’s Corporate and Business Representation Practice Group. She also plays a significant role in the Estate Planning and Administration Practice Group, providing comprehensive legal counsel to clients across various sectors. Gabrielle specializes in structuring business transactions, preparing estate planning documents, and advising on the formation and regulation of captive insurance companies.

Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, Gabrielle is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Tax Court. She is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, demonstrating her dedication to legal excellence and professional development.

Gabrielle earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2017. During her time there, she served as a managing editor for the Pittsburgh Tax Review, gaining valuable experience in tax law and legal writing. Prior to law school, Gabrielle graduated cum laude from Boston University in 2014, earning a B.A. in Political Science.

Outside of Morella & Associates, Gabrielle is dedicated to her family and community. Residing in McCandless Township with her husband and three boys, she values the opportunity to participate in local organizations and community initiatives that promote growth and personal connection.

Her multidisciplinary background equips her to handle complex corporate and estate matters, making her a trusted advisor for businesses and individuals in the greater Pittsburgh area and beyond.
