We’re looking for a Managed Services Technician who is ready to roll up their sleeves, jump in, and do what it takes for our clients and team. Position Duties/Description

  • Day-to-day support activities including ticket creation and resolution
  • Troubleshooting issues from inception to resolution, escalating tickets as needed, all while maintaining best practices throughout
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of E-Safe Partners technologies, hosted applications, and services
  • Must be able to manage multiple tickets at one time
  • Assist in developing documentation, knowledgebase and best practice guides
  • Communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical users
  • Go onsite as needed for advanced troubleshooting and break/fix, building trust and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Provide assistance to the project team by completing assigned tasks and supporting onsite resources and participating in the onsite portion of a project as needed
  • Provide On-Call after hours support on a rotating schedule with other resources***


Preferred Experience 

  • RMM Platforms: N-able (preferred), Datto, Kaseya, ConnectWise or similar technologies
  • Cybersecurity Experience with MSSP Platforms such as: Sophos, Barracuda, SentinelOne, Petra, Cyberfox or similar ITDR, EDR/MDR/XDR, Phishing Tools type products
  • Networking: Check Point, Sophos, Cisco, Ubiquiti, Fortinet or similar technologies
  • Backup: Datto, Cove, Axcient, ConnectWise or similar technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Previous Help Desk Experience Is Required


Work Environment & Schedule 

  • Primary hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST 
  • Occasional after-hours support or project work may be required 
  • Hybrid environment with approximately 3 days in office 
  • Remote / Work From Home flexibility may be available 
  • Office conveniently located near Route 79 in the Pittsburgh area 
  • Up to 50% travel to client sites may be required 
  • Most travel is within 1–1.5 hours of headquarters
