Dr. Leslie Braksick is a behavioral scientist and sought-after advisor to boards and senior leaders during times of vital change. As Co-Founder of MyNextSeason, she leads an organization dedicated to helping professionals, from college-aged students to retiring executives, move along the career continuum—finding purpose, joy, and success in their lives.

Leslie has advised hundreds of CEO and leadership successions and coached numerous leaders preparing to take the helm. Previously, she co-founded and served as CEO/Board Chair of CLG, a global behavioral consulting firm. A respected thought leader in her field, her published works are used in graduate programs and corporations globally.

Leslie currently serves on the Board of Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and on the Chief Global Officer Council of the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Business. She is a Princeton Theological Seminary Emeritus Board Member and a founding board member of the Eradicate Hate Global Summit.

Leslie has been married to Matt for almost 35 years and is the proud mom to Madeleine (Vince) and Austin (Anna), and Gigi to Sydney, Payton, and Reagan.
