Held every two years, the Child Health Ball and Play is a cherished tradition of the Child Health Association of Sewickley, an all-volunteer nonprofit women’s organization founded in 1923. This spirited gala combines dinner, dancing, and community celebration with a uniquely entertaining twist—a lighthearted play written, produced, and performed by local volunteers. More than just an evening of fun, the Ball and Play is a meaningful fundraiser that supports Child Health’s mission to enrich the lives of children in need across Western Pa. Proceeds benefit programs and services that directly address the emotional, cultural, physical, educational, and recreational needs of children throughout Western Pennsylvania.
