George Washington was the leader of the Revolution and the creator of the American Army.  But before becoming a national hero, George Washington – sometimes through failure – crafted the political and military skills right here in here in Western Pennsylvania. Washington would go on to lead the Continental Army, one of our Founding Fathers, and the nation's first president.

Join longtime Sewickley resident Gary Augustine for this very special talk about George Washington to help recognize America's semiquincentennial.
