Erin Kaya’s paintings are vibrant expressions of movement, joy, and spontaneity. Kaya creates immersive worlds where bold colors pulse with energy, inviting viewers to dive in and get lost in their rhythm. Each piece unfolds unpredictably, shaped by intuition rather than a set plan, making the creative process as fluid and dynamic as the finished work. 

Inspired by aerial views of the world, particularly her home city of Chicago, Kaya’s paintings resemble floating islands — colorful, semi-contained forms floating amidst a sea of paint. Each painting speaks of adventure, freedom, and the thrill of the unexpected, as colors and lines explode across canvases.
