Salt Cave Sound Journey at Victory Float Lounge

Join us on Sunday mornings in Sewickley for a sound bath experience at the Victory Float Lounge salt cave.
Each session begins with intention setting, followed by gentle, mindful movement and guided breathwork to encourage relaxation and present-moment awareness.
Participants will then be guided through a restorative sound healing journey within the tranquil atmosphere of the salt cave, featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other grounding instruments. This immersive experience offers an opportunity to unwind, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself.
Light refreshments will be served before class starts, so please feel free to arrive early and relax.
