Join us at Sweetwater Center for the Arts (200 Broad St., Sewickley) on March 22nd from 2-4pm for an afternoon of....

  • self defense training, $20/person (discounted from $40) 
  • complimentary refreshments 
  • complimentary stretching by Stretch Zone
* Payment and waivers collected at the door. Cash or check made to Whispering Force. * Payment is only for people participating in the self defense training, limited to 40 participants!* Adults are welcome to participate themselves and/or register kids ages 8+ and stay on the premises to enjoy refreshments and a stretch during training.

Timing:
  • 2:00 pm - check in begins - sign waivers, submit payment, grab a refreshment or a stretch
  • 2:30 pm - self defense training with Whispering Force
  • 3:30 pm - enjoy refreshments and a stretch
  • 4:00 pm - event concludes
