"Something Divine" Premiere & Q&A

Sunday, March 29, 2026 (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM) (EDT)

Description

The Lindsay Theater and Cultural Center's next Emerging Filmmakers Showcase is the documentary Something Divine on Sunday, March 29, at 1 p.m. Something Divine was directed by Thomas Essig, a Butler County-based filmmaker. This globe-trotting documentary is centered around Raghunath, aka Youth of Today and Shelter lead singer Ray Cappo. The straight-edge hardcore icon embarked on a life-changing journey to India at the height of his musical popularity. Raghunath guides Essig on an excursion throughout India while exploring how his punk and monk identities can exist together in spiritual harmony. This public premiere of Something Divine will be followed by an in-person Q&A with Essig. Tickets are free, and RSVPing in advance is recommended due to space limitations.
